How to make JustOn visible in Lightning?

← Salesforce Environment FAQ

As of the release 2.42, JustOn ships two apps: one for Salesforce Classic, and one for Salesforce Lightning. Usually, the two of them are visible.

If, however, you have upgraded JustOn from a previous release, the Lightning app may not be visible. To enable JustOn for Salesforce Lightning, you must modify the app visibility settings for each intended user profile.

  1. Click to enter Setup, then open the Profiles page.

In Salesforce Lightning, navigate to Users > Profiles.

In Salesforce Classic, navigate to Manage Users > Profiles.

  2. Click Edit in the row of the profile you want to edit.

  3. In the Custom App Settings section, select the Visible checkbox for the app JustOn (ONB2__JustOn).
  4. Click Save.

Note

Be aware that JustOn requires the Salesforce feature My Domain to be enabled.
