Using the Home Tab
The Home tab is your gateway to JustOn Cash Management. Use it as a single starting point for managing your daily business activities.
The Home tab dashboard is designed to streamline processes and enhance efficiency along various aspects:
- Overview
- Get a concise summary of current activities and the status of your JustOn Cash Management instance.
- Task management
- Quickly identify upcoming tasks using task indicators.
- Essential features
- Make use of quick access to core functionalities.

JustOn Cash Management ships a default Home tab featuring a best-practice configuration. Your org can, however, customize the tab to meet your company's specific business requirements. For details, see Configuring Home Tab.
The JustOn Cash Management Home tab
At the top left, the dashboard shows a snapshot of your bank accounts, including their current liquidity levels based on the latest synchronization. Keeping this data up-to-date ensures seamless alignment with the app's other features. If necessary, you can manually refresh the data directly from this section.
At the bottom left, the dashboard shows the visualization of two pre-configured reports. They provide insights into the cash flow of your business:
- The Open Receivables/Payables report indicates the expected incoming and outgoing money flow based on the current data as well as overdue receivables.
- The Recent Transactions report provides a summary of completed and received payments over the past 30 days, enabling a quick review of recent payment activities.
On the right, task indicators point to upcoming tasks in JustOn Cash Management. Clicking a task indicator takes you to the corresponding list view, from where you can further investigate the raised issues and work through the action items efficiently.

| Payment Transactions | Indicates payments that could not be automatically assigned, pending approvals for prepared refunds, and other payment processing issues. |
| Receivables/Payables | Indicates open receivables and payables that have not yet been sent to the bank. |
| Other | Shows other potential issues or errors to be resolved. |

By default, task indicators that result from errors are configured to be displayed in warning mode only (see Configuring Task Indicators).
