Sending invoices to customers via email.
Email distribution sends invoice PDFs and optional attachments directly to customer email addresses. Emails can be sent automatically upon finalization or manually triggered. The system tracks email status (Queued, Sent, Error) and creates activity records for sent emails. For high volumes, integration with email services like Amazon SES may be required.
