Progress Invoice

Invoice for estimated work value at project stages before delivery.

A progress invoice is issued at defined project stages based on the estimated value of work completed, even before final delivery. Unlike partial invoices, progress invoices are based on estimates rather than completed work, and tax arises when payment is received rather than when the invoice is issued. Received payments are booked to interim accounts until the final invoice reconciles the project.
