Invoice Status

Current lifecycle state of the invoice.

The invoice status indicates the current stage in the invoice lifecycle and determines what actions are possible:

• Draft – the invoice can still be edited
• Open – the invoice is legally effective and awaiting payment
• Paid – the invoice is fully settled
• Closed – the invoice has been closed
• Canceled – the invoice has been voided
