Service Period
Time range for which goods or services are being billed.
The service period defines the start and end dates for the services or goods covered by the invoice. It is calculated from the earliest start date and latest end date of all invoice line items (Service Period Start and Service Period End on the invoice). The service period is essential for revenue recognition and appears on the invoice document.
