Write-off removes a receivable from the books when collection is no longer expected – for example, an invoice a customer will definitely not pay. JustOn supports automatic write-off (threshold-based, on payment registration or on finalization) and manual write-off (case-by-case via the Write Off button), using balances of the type Write-off that count against the invoice balance.
