Renewal
Extending subscription duration beyond original contract period.
When a subscription reaches the end of its contract period, it can be renewed to continue service for another period. Renewal happens through two scenarios:
- Manual renewal: Negotiation with customer, potentially new terms and conditions
- Automatic renewal: Customer does not cancel within cancellation period, subscription continues
