Can I use the same bank access in a sandbox and a production org?
As part of the banking access initialization, your JustOn Cash Management instance creates your subscriber keys – strings used to decode and encode the encrypted communication with your bank. These keys are inherently org specific, that is, you cannot reuse a bank access configuration, which has originally been created and validated in a sandbox org, in your production environment.
So if you have first tested the banking operations in a sandbox org and now want to go productive in your production environment, you must repeat the banking access initialization. If you do so under the same user access, it is very likely that your bank must reset or reenable this user access on their side.
