As a nonprofit organization, you promote a particular (social) cause. Doing so, you focus on your objective, not on making money. But you need to bring some income to be able to do your work.

A common way of raising money are donations, which involve, however, some management overhead. Specific use cases may require to provide donation receipts to your donors.

Solution Outline

To support creating donation receipts, you can integrate JustOn Billing & Invoice Management with the outlined donation solutions One-Time Donations, Recurring Donations With Nonprofit Cloud or One-Time and Recurring Donations With Nonprofit Cloud.

(1) Based on the entry records (as created by the outlined donation solutions One-Time Donations, Recurring Donations With Nonprofit Cloud or One-Time and Recurring Donations With Nonprofit Cloud), JustOn Billing & Invoice Management executes the generic invoice run. This creates specifically configured variants of invoices – the donation receipts.

(2) When finalizing the donation receipts, that is, the created invoices, JustOn Billing & Invoice Management generates the corresponding PDF documents using a dedicated template. Combining JustOn Billing & Invoice Management with JustOn Cash Management allows for handling the donation amount as pre-payment.
