Where are the bank access configurations on the Manage tab?
With JustOn Cash Management 1.35, the management of bank accesses has been fundamentally reworked. The bank access configurations are now saved as EBICS Bank Account Credential records in the Salesforce database. Previously, bank access configurations were stored in the Heroku platform's database and accessible via the Manage tab.
After upgrading to version 1.35, JustOn Cash Management automatically converts existing bank access configurations during the EBICS-based bank communication. Once done, JustOn Cash Management lists them on the EBICS Bank Account Credentials tab. So you do not have to recreate the existing bank access configurations.
Info
The access to the migrated EBICS Bank Account Credential records is restricted to the users who originally created the bank access configurations on the Manage tab. That is, the Lock to creator
checkbox is selected.
The easiest way to force the migration is to download bank statements, as described in Retrieving Bank Data.
Doing so, users receive a list of the available bank access configurations. The default name of a bank access configuration is composed of the EBICS user ID and the EBICS partner ID, like BIC_EBICS-USER-ID_EBICS-PARTNER-ID
. After the migration has been completed, you can change the name of the bank access to make it easier to read.
