Setting Up JustOn Billing Intelligence
System Preconditions
Before installing and using JustOn Billing Intelligence, make sure your org meets the following requirements:
- Salesforce Enterprise Edition (or higher)
- Salesforce Agentforce
- Einstein AI features enabled
- JustOn Billing & Invoice Management installed
Setting up JustOn Billing Intelligence involves the following tasks:
- Installing JustOn Billing Intelligence
- Enabling Agentforce
- Creating the Billing Intelligence agent
- Enabling your users to access the Billing Intelligence agent
Installing JustOn Billing Intelligence
To install JustOn Billing Intelligence in your org:
- Open the app listing in Salesforce AgentExchange or Salesforce AppExchange to get JustOn Billing Intelligence.
- Click Get It Now to invoke the installation procedure.

Follow the instructions and provide the required information as necessary.
When prompted
After the procedure completes, you can verify the installation success. To this end, click to enter Setup, then navigate to Apps > Packaging > Installed Packages, and check for the installed package JustOn Billing Intelligence.
Enabling Agentforce
Before creating your AI agent, make sure to enable Agentforce and Einstein AI in your org:
- Click to enter Setup, then navigate to Einstein > Einstein Generative AI > Einstein Setup.

Enable Turn on Einstein, if it is not already active.

You may need to refresh the page in your browser to reload the settings.

Navigate to Einstein > Einstein Generative AI > Agentforce Studio > Agentforce Agents.

Enable Agentforce Agents.

Creating Billing Intelligence Agent
To create your autonomous AI assistant:
- Click to enter Setup, then navigate to Einstein > Einstein Generative AI > Agentforce Studio > Agentforce Agents.

Click + New Agent.
This opens the Agent Creator.

Select
Agentforce Employee Agent, then click Next.

Deselect the pre-selected topic
General FAQ, then click Next. -
Specify your agent's details, then click Next.

Click Create.
This creates the agent and opens the Topics page.
Skip the data source selection when prompted.

On the Topics page, select New > Add from Asset Library.

Select
JustOn Payment Health Check Topic, then click Finish.

Back on the Topics page, click the topic's name to access its details.

Open the This Topic's Actions tab.
- Select New > Add from Asset Library.

Search and select
JustOn Payment Health Check APEXandJustOn Payment Health Check Prompt Template, then click Finish.

Back on the Topic Details page, click Activate.
Dismiss the configuration warning, clicking Ignore & Activate.

This saves and activates your agent's actions.

Leave the Agentforce Builder.
Click ← and confirm the operation.
Enabling Agent Access for Users
To enable your users accessing the Billing Intelligence agent, you create a dedicated permission set and assign it to your users.
- Click to enter Setup, then navigate to Users > Permission Sets.
- Click New.

Specify the name, API name and description as necessary.
Use, for example, the following values:

Click Save.
This creates a new, empty permission set and opens its detail view.

Select Agent Access > Edit.

Move your agent (
JustOn Billing Intelligenceas created before) to the Enabled Agents column. -
Click Save.
This saves the permission to access your AI agent.

Add the permission set to your users as necessary.
