Analyzing Billing Behavior
Using JustOn Billing Intelligence, you can analyze your customers' payment behavior, assess credit risk and finally make data-driven decisions without manual report generation.
Accessing Agent
To access the JustOn Billing Intelligence agent:
- Open the account, invoice or other related record associated to the relevant customer.

If in doubt, ask your administrator for the name of the agent.

The agent automatically determines the current account context when invoked from an account page. You can also specify an account provding the account ID in your query.
Understanding Report
JustOn Billing Intelligence generates a comprehensive report with the following sections:

JustOn Billing Intelligence only generates recommendations when genuine concerns exist. For LOW_RISK customers with good payment behavior, the recommendations section may be empty–this is intentional and reflects that no action is needed.
When present, recommendations are prioritized as:
- URGENT – Immediate action required (contact about overdue invoices, hold shipments, escalate to collections)
- HIGH – Important preventive measures (reduce credit limit, require prepayment, schedule payment plan discussion)
- MEDIUM – Proactive monitoring (implement status calls, negotiate stricter terms)
- LOW – Optional improvements (offer early payment discounts)
Each recommendation specifies:
- Concrete action to take
- Reason based on specific findings
- Relevant supporting metrics

For new customers with limited history, JustOn Billing Intelligence flags insufficient data and provides only available metrics. In these cases, recommendations are minimal or absent since baseline monitoring is standard practice.
