Booking Detail CSV Export

This JustOn Configurator package contains the configuration to export booking details from JustOn Billing & Invoice Management to CSV files for accounting systems. For details, see Configuring Booking Detail CSV Export.

System preconditions:

• JustOn Billing & Invoice Management installed
• Permission set JustOn Additional Fields created (Enabling Access for New Users, step 2)
• State and Country Picklists enabled

Deploying package

To deploy a configurator package:

1. Log in your target Salesforce org.

2. In the same browser session, open the JustOn Configurator.

   If the link does not work, copy the URL https://juston-configurator.herokuapp.com/.

3. Click Salesforce OAuth2.

   This connects the JustOn Configurator with your current Salesforce session using your current credentials. Make sure that you are connected with the intended user and org.

   

4. Open the relevant tab.

5. Scroll down the list to find the relevant package.

6. Click Deploy.

   This deploys the configuration as described to your org.

   Back in your Salesforce org, make sure to add the deployed components to permission sets as necessary.

Post-Deployment Tasks

1. Create and upload a JSON configuration file.

   For details, see Creating JSON Configuration.

   For exports to DATEV, you can use this example.

2. Set the Salesforce record ID as the value for the Configuration field of the deployed Export Settings record.

   Find the file record ID in the file URL. To retrieve it, click next to the file record, then select View File Details.

3. Prepare the bookkeeping data creation.

   1. In the global settings, select the checkbox Create Bookkeeping Data.
   2. Configure the booking account allocation as required (G/L accounts, centers, cost objects, collective accounts).
