Why does the JustOn installation fail or freeze?

When you try to install JustOn, AppExchange may prompt you to add missing information in your user profile. If you do so, you can continue installing JustOn. The process may freeze, however, without indicating an error.

As a workaround, add the missing information in a separate AppExchange session. To do so, proceed as follows:

  1. Quit any open Salesforce, AppExchange or Trailhead sessions.
  2. In a new browser instance, open AppExchange, and log in using your Salesforce user name.
  3. Click your avatar and select My Profile.

    This takes you to Trailhead.

  4. In Trailhead, click Log in, then select Log in with Salesforce.

    This opens your Trailhead profile view.

  5. Click Edit.

  6. In the Edit Profile dialog, add the required information.
  7. Click Done.

    This correctly saves the missing profile data. You can now proceed to AppExchange and install JustOn.
